Supply & Fit Items

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with any purchase we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee to process the refund. This applies to the total amount paid and does not apply to special order or custom items. This only applies within the immediate 14 days after installation, all items must be in the condition in which they were installed into the vehicle, tampered, damaged or broken items will not be refunded. Installation fees are non-refundable.

All warranty/guarantee work is carried out at our premises at 32 West Avenue, Nottingham NG9 8DW. We will endeavour to get you booked in in the earliest available slot, this can however be up to 4 weeks lead time.

Special order or custom items require a 50% deposit payable upfront and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Special order or custom items take approx 7-14 days to come into stock, this cannot however be guaranteed due to outside influences.

In the event you should wish to claim under warranty please provide your original receipt, description of the issue you have & any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to enquiries@P-D-R.co.uk

Supply Only

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee & returns can only be accepted for items we receive back in their original condition. Special order or custom made items cannot be returned. Parts damaged or broken during installation cannot be returned & we accept no liability to damage caused to either yourself or your vehicle during installation. Shipping can only be to the cardholders registered address. We cannot supply parts which require removal of security items such as airbags, electronic modules etc. These would require a supply & fit appointment.  Cancellation of orders will not be accepted for late or delayed deliveries once the item has left our possession and is in transit.


All items supplied by us come with a 12 month warranty which begins either the day of installation if installed by ourselves or 2 working days after the item is shipped for supply only items. All warranty work is return to base at our premises and may require a waiting period of up to 4 weeks. Items supplied by us will need returning at the customers expense once we have been notified in writing by email to enquiries@P-D-R.co.uk along with your original receipt and any supporting documentation. Upon receipt and approval a returns number will be issued which must be clearly marked on the package to ensure it is processed promptly.

Warranty does not cover if a third party installation or repair has been attempted, there is evidence of tampering, or in the case of dynamic indicator upgrades for any boards (brake, side light etc.) which have not been supplied by us fail or any signs of external influence.


All prices are subject to change without prior notice, this is due to the suppliers increasing prices from time to time and is beyond our control. We endeavour to keep the prices quoted and those listed on the website as accurate as possible.

In the event of a deposit being paid and a price increasing before work has been carried out, the work will be carried out at the original price.

Delivered Items

All delivered items must be inspected and any damage reported within 24 hours of receipt. If this damage is not notified we cannot lodge a complaint with the couriers. Any damage reported after this time is out of scope for any claims. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may take longer depending on the couriers demand. This is beyond our control and cancellations of orders due to this will still incur a restocking fee.

Dynamic rear lights

Dynamic indicator converted rear lights are supplied on an exchange basis, where this is not possible due any heavy scratches, marks, cracks etc. on your existing lights we will modify your lights and fit those into your vehicle. This may result in a delay in getting them fitted due to the length of time the modification takes and is beyond our control.

Exchanges; as we operate on an exchange basis for the rear lights, should you not have the lights required (halogen instead of LED for example) you have the option of receiving a refund less 10% administration fee or purchasing the light units from ourselves at the current market rate plus £20 handling fee. Market rate is determined by what complete sets are available to purchase online, if no complete sets are available online we reserve the right to refuse to refuse to fulfil the order until such a time that they become available. Should you not have the lights to exchange we recommend purchasing a complete set and arriving to your appointment with them. Should you wish to get them delivered to ourselves in advance of your appointment please notify us by email at sales@P-D-R.co.uk quoting your order number and provide any relevant tracking information to enable us to assign the incoming orders to your appointment.

We can only offer warranty on the module which is replaced and not on any OEM components, should the indicator fail please notify us immediately via email to; enquiries@P-D-R.co.uk to arrange an appointment for you to return to us to rectify the issue. There is no mail order support for the dynamic rear lights as an investigation would be required on the unit to deem what has failed. If it has failed due to outside influence, tampering or anything which is not a fault within the indicator the warranty will be void on all units. Should the unit not be fitted by us we reserve the right, upon inspection of the unit, to void any warranty where we believe the installation has caused the issue.

The rear lights cannot be tampered, adapted, modified, copied or abused in any way and any attempts to do so could result in warranty being voided, legal action being taken or customer blacklist where any future orders or requests will not be fulfilled. Any attempts to circumvent this will not be tolerated.

Android Auto / CarPlay boxes

The 10.25" screen replacement android auto / carplay units do require modification to your existing screen surround, we accept no liability for loss or damage from installation of the units not carried out by ourselves.

Units are covered with a 12 month return to base warranty. You can make an appointment to bring the unit to ourselves or email sales@p-d-r.co.uk with your order number, the problem you are having and any supporting documentation (pictures/videos)

Some OEM interface boxes do require piggybacking some wiring such as on the MMI2G units, we recommend installation by professionals familiar with VAG group vehicles. Warranty is for a period of 12 months, to raise an issue with a unit please follow the guide in the warranty section of these terms and conditions. Should a unit be proven to be faulty we will replace the unit, if the issue is deemed to be an installation issue the unit will be returned to yourself upon payment of the return postage and packaging costs. If there are issues with installation and this was not carried out by ourselves we will not be liable for any costs incurred resulting from a faulty unit.

It is the users responsibility to ensure they adhere to all road laws and operate the units according to their local laws.
